Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze factors influencing green logistics implementation using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The analysis was conducted systematically to develop a comprehensive conceptual synthesis of key determinants in green logistics. Findings from 100 articles indicate that green logistics implementation is influenced by four main factors: operational innovation (37%), environmentally friendly technology (29%), operational efficiency (17%), and government policy (17%). These results indicate that internal organizational factors, particularly innovation capability and technology adoption, play a more dominant role than external factors in driving the transformation towards a sustainable logistics system. Meanwhile, operational efficiency and government policy serve as supporting factors that strengthen implementation effectiveness. Overall, this study provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of an integrated, adaptive, and sustainability oriented green logistics strategy.
