Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of Logistics Management and HR Competencies simultaneously on Logistics Performance at PT Pos Indonesia Kendal Branch Office. The method used in this research approach is quantitative research using a survey method with a casual statistical analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Researchers conducted surveys and data collection using sampling techniques (sampling techniques) Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling. The sample of this study was 73 members of PT Pos Indonesia Kendal Branch Office. The results of this study indicate that Logistics Management and HR Competencies have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on Logistics Performance with an R square value of 0.937 which means it shows the model is in strong criteria.
